How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone, open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Clearu and tap Cancel Subscription. On Android, open Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.

I changed phones. How do I get my subscription back?

In the app, tap Restore purchases with the same App Store or Google Play account. To bring your scans too, sign in with the same Apple or Google account you used before.

How do I delete my data or account?

In the app, open You and choose Delete scan data or Delete account. Deletion is permanent. See the Privacy Policy.

Does Clearu diagnose skin conditions?

No. Clearu shows cosmetic appearance estimates from photos. For skin health concerns, see a dermatologist.

Who can use Clearu?

People aged 16 and over.
